  • How do I contact you?

  • Can you explain your ‘Free Standard delivery over £100’ policy?

    Free standard delivery over £100 applies to ‘standard’ parcels. So items of furniture and other ‘non-standard’ items which are particularly fragile, large, or heavy are excluded from this as they require alternative shipping methods. Our furniture and non-standard delivery charges are priced individually on a product-by-product basis. Each item has the delivery price specified on the product page and this will also be displayed in the basket before placing your order.

  • Do you accept international orders?

    Yes! If you would like your order shipped overseas then please contact us for a delivery quote.

  • Do you offer a gift wrap service?

    Unfortunately not, as many of our items are unusual shapes and sizes.

  • I live locally to you, can I collect my order?

    Absolutely. Please enquire with us before ordering and we will give you a code for free delivery.

  • If something is out of stock, are you able to get more in?

    Please enquire and we will always endeavor to get an item back in stock for you where we can.
